Hello! My name is Sol Anderson. I am a nonprofit leader with nearly 20 years experience working in and with marginalized communities, mostly in Chicago. I am passionate about equity, justice, building community, liberating the oppressed, and nurturing leaders of color. I am adept at building equitable organizations, strong teams, and effective impactful programs.
